Shipping policy

Orders over $45 ship free within the US. Orders under $45 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Our products ship from partner warehouses. If you order items from more than one partner, they may arrive in separate packages.
• Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after shipping.

Tracking

• You'll get a tracking number by email once each package ships.

• We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or late packages

• If your order hasn't arrived 7 days after its estimated delivery date, email shaygrahamsolutions@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
